The apartment is located in the heart of Modena, in a quiet street, on the 5th floor- there is a small lift. It was big enough to accommodate our family of four. It's decorated in a lovely artsy style that makes you feel like you are home. There is a living room with a big table, two double bedrooms, a tiny but sweet kitchen with a small table for two (great to enjoy that Lambrusco in the afternoon ;)). There is a long bathroom with a shower. And even a balcony where you can enjoy the sound of the church bells. The hosts were very helpful- I couldn't locate the iron and received the response in no time. Altogether great place, I highly recommend it!

The property is really nice - looks like an events venue, has a lovely restaurant, and is in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery. ( only 15 mins away from beautiful Modena, by car). The rooms are quite large, newly decorated, and have a very relaxing feel to them. Everything was spotless, and smelled very good - a lot of attention to toiletries. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - has everything for everyone. All in all, money well spent in this gem of a place, I am actually considering returning for a longer stay.

The place was absolutely perfect for my stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to main attractions and shops. The apartment had everything I needed, very comfortable and well-equipped, and it felt like home from the moment I arrived. The host Barbara was extremely kind and always ready to help. So many things I liked about this place and don't know where to start... Secure off-street parking, comfortable bed, and the shower also worked very well. Although it is just outside the old town and facing a relatively busy road, it was very quiet in the night and we slept very well. There are a number of dinner / breakfast options in the proximity. Also having a little fridge and Netflix in the room was perfect for quiet evenings...

a 200 year old villa turned into a B&B. The remodeling (probably done during the COVID) is of very high quality The location -- drivable to wherever your destination in Modena is. Nice breakfast, a very pleasant yard. Very efficient staff.

The area is a picturesque part of Italy. The villa where I stayed was nice, situated in a courtyard at the edge of the road, approximately 12 km from the city center of Modena. The host was friendly and hospitable.

The location is simply marvellous. A traditional "villa" reworked to be a perfect alternative to anonimous hotels. Charging station for EV, with cheap rates. Super breakfast with dishes (sweet and salted) for every taste- available even products without lactose! Large room with warm colors and very nice bathroom
