Al Dolmen was more that we could even hope for! Amazing room with a view that took our breath away! Wonderful Lucia helped us with everything, took us to local stores and helped us with the buss tickets. She really does her job with all of her heart and loves it. We had nice traditional Italian breakfast every morning and really lovely stay at the Al Dolmen. Best days of our Italian trip. We can only recommend, go visit and see for yourself. Ps. You can surely use public transport to get there. This is a good place for nature-loving people who look some relaxing time on the mountains. Temperature was perfect even in August because the hotel was so high up.

Hi Elia We stayed at your lovely house on 12 July 25. We just wanted to say that the house was perfect 👌. Very clean and tidy, set in lovely grounds surrounded by Olive trees with a view out to the sea. We had everything we wanted to enjoy our stay. We even had a BBQ in the evening on the veranda. Angelo was a great host and extremely helpful with suggestions for the area and making sure we had everything we needed. Good WiFi connection and enough parking space. Angelo also sent us very useful directions to the property and directions to a number of spots in the area.

Casa Isabella was perfect for our stay. Before going out to Vieste on the coast we stayed here 3 nights in Sept. Perfect! So close to the Shrine with parking outside the door. We drove to San Giovanni one day and the next day we got a taxi there so we could hike back. (Beautiful 25k hike from Shrine to Shrine). Attended Holy Mass in the Shrine of St.Michael 3 times. We wish we could have made our stay longer and spend more time wandering around the old narrow streets. Although we did partake in the passeggiata on two evenings. We loved our stay in Casa Isabella. We'll be staying there longer the next time. The house is a home, it's so cosy, clean, bright and nicely decorated inside. We had the use of everything we could need. Alessandro was so helpful and pleasant.

Due to weather alerts in Basilicata (another region), our previous hosts were forced to cancel our reservation at the last-minute. The decision to visit the Umbrian Forest and Gargano was made on the spot, and among the different stays we opted for Villa Basso. Everything of the villa was exceptional, especially considering it was on such short notice. The suite was compact and functional, with all the necessities readily available. The location was also great--as a tip if you want to go hiking, do not follow the GPS and drive through Mt. Sant'Angelo, but go though Mattinate or, better yet Vieste as the roads are better in my opinion. The host was also very available and kind, and the whole process of getting the keys and accessing the property was easy. Overall, it was a lovely stay near the Umbrian Forest; just the right place for a short getaway from the city.

    The location of the Villa Basso is marvellous; the view from our roof terrace was gorgeous. We stayed 5 nights in an apartment on the 2nd floor. The apartment itself is very vintage, but not really practical.

    This villa was one of the most exceptional and beautiful rental experiences I have ever had. It was so gorgeous I wanted to continually FaceTime everyone I knew (not on my trip) to share the beauty and experience! I could sincerely have lived in our room of choice forever!

    We had a great time staying at the villa, it is such a special place. The house is unlike any property we ever stayed in, very old but beautifully renovated, with so many details. The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable. The view was just amazing. Maria was a great and lovely host and helped whenever we had questions. She also gave us great recommendations for which beaches to visit. Definitely recommend!

    Lovely and clean little 2 bedrooms very well located to visit the Gargano and discover a very nice village. Flat comes with every tool needed in the kitchen and a nice touch from the owner, who also provides coffee, salt, and sugar. Very nice and helpful owner who did not mind late check-in.
