The garden and seating area is quite big and we had it to ourselves the 3 days we were there! A beautiful view just 1 minute away of vineyards and classic tuscan countryside. A wonderful restaurant in the same grounds with really nice outdoor eating area, really handy as the house is not within walking distance of local town/villages . It has a big and refreshing swimming pool with scenic backdrop of the Monte Carlo village. We stayed in an Apartment which was and remained cool.
