The location is in an actual medieval town, with a castle, ornate stone work, and cobble stone streets. Beer houses, wine bars, and restaurants are dotted throughout the town. I was by myself and I asked one of the locals if I was heading in the right direction for a restaurant. He spoke very little English, my Italian is rusty, but he walked me all the way there we had rousing conversation using hand gestures and Google Translate.

This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. The breakfasts are delicious, and Letizia is more than happy to provide their farm eggs (the best I've ever tasted) or meats and cheeses as well as a traditional sweet breakfast. Their restaurant is open Friday and Saturday nights, and Sunday lunch, and I'd really recommend eating there even if you're not staying. The rooms are a very generous size, and immaculately clean; also, the bed is VERY comfortable. The mountain views are spectacular, and there are resident dogs, cats and donkeys. It really is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. We are learning Italian (slowly) however Gabriella and Giulia are more than happy to help out with the language. The dining room is also available at other times of the day, which helped us as we were there for a week. We will definitely return.

We had such a lovely stay at this charming B&B, even though it was just for one night. As soon as we pulled up, Tony greeted us with a big smile and the warmest welcome, it truly felt like coming home after being away for just a few weeks. The B&B is a family-run business, and we were lucky to meet his wonderful parents too. You can really feel the love and care that goes into every part of it. The location was fantastic, perfect for exploring the area. Our room was spotless, with a great shower and plenty of hot water. The bed was incredibly clean and comfortable, we slept so well. In the morning, we had a lovely breakfast made with fresh, local food from the market, as Tony proudly told us. Everything about our stay was relaxed, warm, and genuine. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended, won’t disappoint!

what a gem. beautiful location with fantastic views. You feel very welcome here and the employees will do everything to make you feel at home. Then we haven't even mentioned the delicious local dishes in the restaurant. The staff are all very likeable people, with Jessica in particular; she speaks fluent English and German. What a beautiful place recommended!!!!

    We loved the location of Villa Ferranti. It's nestled in the hills of Abruzzo and has 360 views of the countryside, which you can stare at for hours. The villa is tastefully decorated, and the kitchen has everything you need during your stay. The hosts were attentive and knowledgeable about the area, and we felt right at home.

    Melanie and Bauke started this Agroturismo only 6 Months ago. They did a wounderful job in preparing the place to be comfortable and relaxing. We had the only appartment without a terrace - with it it would have been even better. We would recommend Villa Ferranti especially to families with children as there are animals on the farm and much space to run around. Situated between the beaches and the mountains its easy to reach both by car. So if you like it quiet and do not mind some driving - this is a great place to go.
