Absolutely perfect place to stay and explore the area. The town is beautiful and the people there are friendly and very nice. The house is nice and recently renovated. The apartment is large, comfortable, fully equipped and perfectly cleaned. Parking space close to the apartment. Extremely nice hostess, who even though we don't speak Italian, showed us everything and explained it. We also found refreshments, cornetti and water. We are grateful and thank you for everything.

The hostess, Emilia, was exceptional! She kindly greeted us even though we arrived later in the evening than we expected. She had a wonderful array of breakfast items and provided me an assortment of gluten free options! We requested a room with a sea view and she provided us a room with a gorgeous view. The room was tidy, quiet, and the bathroom impeccable and well-stocked. I will definitely stay again, thanks.

The room was lovely so clean and fresh and airy. Roberto the owner was so lovely and made us feel so welcome. He truely loves the hospitality business. He wanted to know what we wanted for breakfast and when we couldn’t eat it all packed it for our lunch.

    Villa Mattia is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Peaceful, quiet, overwhelming nature and stunning views. Well equipped home with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful hosts. On the outskirts of the beautiful “Parco Nazionale del Pollino” yet only a 10 minutes drive from the coast with great beaches and many restaurants to choose from. We will surely be back.
