The entire guesthouse is in an old barn, renovated with a lot of taste and attention to detail. Enrica was super helpful, her English excellent, she was always available either in person or via whatsApp. Breakfast was delicous with a large range of home made pastries, cakes, and savory bites. We also rented the electrical bikes that are available against a fee - great bikes and ideal to visit the surrounding villages. The first night, we walked up the hills into town (oohing and ahhing as Americans not used to charm overload do) and had an amazing dinner. The village of Novello is located near Barolo, which made it easy to drive around the country roads and take in the views. We were sorry to leave.
