Unbelievable host. Mirko met us at our car and helped us carry luggage to the apartment. he gave recommendations for places to dine and checked in with us, via text to ensure we didn’t need anything. I received a parking ticket in error and Mirko spent several days printing off emails and proof of payment and talking to the police on our behalf until the fine was reversed. Mirko went so far above to ensure that we were taken care of. And If his kindness want enough, his home was spotless and well appointed. The location was just steps from the Duomo and close to parking. Would definitely recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

This apartment has certainly exceeded our expectations. It is a typical modern Italian style home, tidy, spacious, beautiful, very well maintained and sweetly decorated, we even had a Christmas tree 🎄 The owners were welcoming us as if we were friends, we got so much useful information and help, and even breakfast and extra food was there in case we wanted to eat at home. The furniture is all in great shape and the kitchen seems to be all new, coffee machine and dishwasher included. The location is easily reachable by foot from the train station if you are not afraid of a 10min walk, on the way there are shops and restaurants (we ate 2x at da Dina which was delicious). I totally recommend staying at casa Palmira if you want to visit old Town Orvieto, since it is also so much fun to go with the kind of cable car uphill.

I loved the location and our room.It was located near the shops and restaurants but not too close for it to be noisy. Oksana,our host,was quick to answer my calls and questions. She was actually very helpful. The room was quite new and the bed was comfortable. Value for money!

Everything. Comfy bed. Spa bath and separate shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Roomy modern apartment. Central, quiet location. Everything within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was in good condition. Host came out to meet us in the street so we knew exactly where to go and we were able to check in an hour earlier than the posted time. Good value grocery store almost right next door to the apartment. There are no outdoor sitting areas at the apartment but there are lovely parks with big shady trees within walking distance with amazing views nearby - great for a picnic. Also plenty of restaurants with indoor or outdoor seating nearby. We spent 3 nights here and got the Orvieto Cartia Unica pass. All of the places to visit on the pass are within walking distance from the property. Loved this town and can definitely recommend this apartment.

It was a beautiful apartment, close to every attraction and many great restaurants. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. There were fruit, drinks and coffee provided in the apartment's kitchen, which was very convinient.

It was really cosy and very clean. Beds for 4 persons and my 12 year old slept on the sofa bed in the hall. Very comfortable. Also very convenient as it's only a few minutes walk to the shops. The owner gave very good instructions on how to get in.

Lots of books and books and books. The owner Leonardo was beyond incredible, assisting is in every way possible: meeting us outside town to guide us to the garage at an evening hour, organising our dinner reservation, replying promptly, etc. Couldn't wish for a better service. highly recommended.

    The Loft Orvieto Centro Storico is really excellent. It is in a great location in Orvieto, is characterful, quiet, has clearly been done up to a high standard, and has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to recommend the Loft and in fact if I were looking for a small holiday home in beautiful Orvieto and saw a property as good as the Loft then it would be pretty perfect, it's that good.

    Gorgeous and elegant apartment in the heart of the village with a comfortable balcony for nights or early morning relaxing. For English speakers, I recommend planning your car parking prior to arrival with a translator. The garage is nearby but you need a card to enter/exit the facility and if it's not planned properly, it ends up being time consuming and complicated since you'll have to drive through the town. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place!

    Everything - location, helpful host, secure parking, wonderful village. Orvieto was a 2 night stay after 3 weeks in Slovenia and Tuscany and our exit to Rome airport - a recommendation from a friend and one of the highlights of the trip. Our host, Nadia, was extremely helpful, sorting out issues that we experienced bungling an autostrada toll booth. The room was lovely - clean spacious with access to shared kitchen facilities. Highly recommended - Orvieto, La Piazzeta and host Nadia.

    Great location ,lovely courtyard in an ancient village and the apartments was excellent The hosts where lovely helpful people .They were so nice we invited them to come and stay with us in Australia. If you are travelling by train take the funicular opposite the train station then walk straight up from the top of the funicular to the village your accommodation is about a 5 minute walk to a street on the right

    The Palazzo is a gem! The best of modern style elegantly combined with history; this boutique property will amaze you. The rooms are spacious and so welcoming. I felt like I was being hosted by royalty in a private villa. The restaurant, Coro, has the most creative chef, and we enjoyed the tasting menu
