Everything was good and the hosts being motorcycle travellers themselves were happy to chat about motorcycle travel. The place was immaculately clean and the area quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good too. My bike and car were safe behind the locked gates. The entrance appeared a bit steep at first but Carlo reassured me that my car towing my bike on my trailer would make it up OK and he was right, So don't let that put you off. The driveway is very grippy and solid.

The accommodation is a bit away from the road and not easy to see. But once you see the house, you immediately feel at home. You are surrounded by olive trees and have a wonderful view of the sunset from the terrace. We were also very positively surprised by the size of the appartment. Everything was very clean and cosy.

Very clean and looks like a new place, nice and bright! Helpful and friendly owners if you need anything. Bedroom with good bed, bathroom, bed couch, little desk, wardrobe, balcony., Only kitchen is shared including all facilities you need, no problem and during my stay nobody used the kitchen. Shared with two other rooms. Close to Monterotondo center and also to Rome center. Busstops nearby

Utterly charming, delightful place to stay in the heart of what must surely be one of the most exquisite of tiny ancient hamlets on the outskirts of Rome. An accommodation with history. Nadia was our host. Her love for this beautiful place is beaming like sun rays and sparkles all around. She makes you feel like home. Just like the milk,oil, coffee, coockies etc did when we arrived. The apartment was more like a little house with two sleeping rooms with beds in which we slept really good. There was airconditioning which helped us survive the heat. A dishwasher which made our daughters extra happy and a washing machine so we went home without cubes of dirty wash. It was nice and quiet and had a big living as well. The swimming pool is big enough for 10 people and probably even more. Although all the apartments were rented, it was quiet. You are in Rome just like that by car and thanks to google you can easily find parking garages near places you want to visit. The metro didn’t go because of maintenance so be sure to check they before buying multi days tickets. In August de Pizzaria, Gelateria, trattoria near Cadtello were closed.

Gabrielle, the owner of this place, makes it feel like being at home when you are on trip. He is very friendly to every and each guest. Nice rooms, clean and equipped with all necessary furniture. The food and wine is exceptionally good. The territory landscape is made with taste and care. There is a beautiful swimming pool. All staff that works in the Antica Pietrara is very friendly. Laura was my angel there. She was so supportive and helpful with all travel related requests. I will be back to Antica Pietrara for my next visits for sure.I strongly reccomend this nice place.
