It was absolutely lovely to stay in this place. Ale is honestly the best host I have ever met. She supported us a lot, she recommended tasty, local roman food that we enjoyed very much and gave us some transport tips. We had nice breakfast in the morning and we were able to make ourseleves a tea and a coffee in the common kitchen. The room was big and clean, same as toilet, all detailes were nicely designed. The location is also good, close to the metro station and bus stops, not far away from the city center. In the neighbourhood are few nice coffeeshops to get yourself good choice of paninis etc or restaurants or wineshops - all local. Thank you to Ale and David who also was taking care of maintenance to make this holiday so great.

From the moment I booked it was great, a lady came and met us helped us into the apartment and guided us through everything. It was so simple. This is not in the main city area, we wanted something a little way off and something different. The apartment was great with a dining area, living area with full TV options, a kitchenette, bathroom, small washing machine area and the bed room. Very well maintained, very well proportioned. If you are looking for a good apartment to use as a base for your Rome holiday, this is it. Buses run close to the apartment, very good shops nearby and very little I would say was an issue.

Very clean and looks like a new place, nice and bright! Helpful and friendly owners if you need anything. Bedroom with good bed, bathroom, bed couch, little desk, wardrobe, balcony., Only kitchen is shared including all facilities you need, no problem and during my stay nobody used the kitchen. Shared with two other rooms. Close to Monterotondo center and also to Rome center. Busstops nearby

The apartments are great! There were no problems with check-in. All you need is the Internet and carefully read the check-in instructions. The location of the apartments is very convenient, close to the center, but in a quiet and safe area. There is a bus stop very close, it takes 30 minutes to get to the city center. We rented a car and sometimes drove it to the city center, believe me, it’s much faster by bus) There is no separate parking, but it’s not a problem to park along the street. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. There is access to the terrace, where you have your own table and chairs. The apartment has everything you need and everything works properly. I was very glad that there was a good coffee maker! Coffee, snacks, juice, yogurt - replenished every day. The shower is also great, always hot water and good pressure. I would like to express my special gratitude to Maurizio. He was always in touch, and even helped us with a vacuum cleaner for vacuum bags (those who fly low-cost airlines will understand). Thank you for a wonderful Roman holiday, we hope to come back someday!

We felt right at home with the warm welcome from Patrizia. Nothing was a bother and the room was lovely. Easily commutable from Rome, we had a car and parking was really easy. Beautiful surroundings, great advice from the hosts and breakfast was fresh and sufficient. Our last stay after 4 weeks in Italy and was definitely the best. Thankyou, we will stay again.
