Nicely located North of Trapani within 20/30 minutes drive to a number of very nice locations such as Trapani and by extension also the ferry to Favignana, Erice (top location), San Vito lo Capo and Scopello. Perfect refuge for 3/4 days to visit the area. The host was very helpful and provided excellent tips and recommendations to visit.

During our trip to Sicily, we stayed at this property in the Junior Suite with Sea View. Veronica welcomed us very warmly and accommodated our late check-in, which we appreciated. Upon arrival, she provided us with plenty of tips for trips and interesting places in the area – something that can be especially useful for spontaneous travelers. We had our itinerary planned in advance, but we still saw her initiative as a positive. We also appreciated that she lent us a sun umbrella. The room was clean, cozy, and located in a quiet area – suitable as a base for trips. Parking is public, about 50 meters from the house by the road, but during our stay we always found a free spot. Veronica lives in the same property, in a separate part of the house. The entrance to the suite goes through her space, but during our stay we did not encounter her there, so we had peace and privacy.

    The villa is beautiful and situated in a quiet area, yet easily accessible if you have a car. It's just 10 minutes from Trapani center and around 30 minutes from the airport. Michele and Mary were outstanding hosts—always smiling, very helpful, and offering excellent tips on the best places to visit in the area. I definitely recommend staying here and will certainly visit again!

    This is the new villa, which is modern and well-organized. The location is perfect: silent and close to main activities and sightseeing; two beaches are nearby (3 min walking and 6 min driving). And, of course, the owner - Roberto - is very kind and helpful.

    Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, cinema view and delightful lodge with lemon trees and authentic feeling to be in an Italian Villa. The highlights are the breakfast and staff - they were so friendly and provided great local products to taste (1st class service). Nice location if you have a car (15 min from Erice old town and easy to go to gorgeous beaches nearby). I'd definitely go back and truly recommend it to everyone!

    It's a house in the edge of a small village. Surrounded by hills and fields. The house is decorated with traditional agriculture tools and photos. Beautiful large garden with many sitting corners available to guests. The room is clean and comfortable, equiped with beautiful old-time furniture. Anna, the host is very kind and welcoming.

    Everything was just perfect and our best stay in Sicily. - The villa is really nice with a beautiful garden. The breakfast room is a museum at the same time. - The bed was really comfortable - The breakfast was really nice, with local and delicious products - the bathroom was also nice with a good shower - the woman at the reception (I forgot her name) was really nice - and in addition to that, it is not even expensive.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa, everything was perfect, clean, and modern. Despite our late flight, the owners kindly agreed to wait for our arrival. They even left snacks and drinks for breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed, including shower gel, a fan, a washing machine, dishes, and more. The location was also excellent for travelers with a car, as it was close to the nearest attractions and beautiful beaches in a quiet area. Thank you!
