This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Every meal felt like a celebration, the hot springs were delightful, and the room was spotless. Managed to book a room including breakfast for AUD103 per night, for 2 nights. As a solo traveller, this was really worth the money as the hotel had an amazing onsen - two outdoor ones, an indoor one and a sauna. The breakfast was delicious, with them changing the menu if you stay the second day as well. It's traditional Japanese breakfast, with fish, sashimi, pickles, egg and dessert. They even heat up the clam miso soup using the portable fire at your table when you arrive. The room has air conditioning and a mini fridge.
