Lovely host family, everything was always super clean, enough toilets and showers (since everything is shared I think that's an important thing to mention), kitchen has everything you need, common room feels nice and cozy, dorm has enough space for everyone to keep their stuff and beds were comfy :)

The best experience in Japan. Owner offered to take me to the villa from the bus station late night, having a friendly chat which made me feel like home. Most importantly, the villa is super good for like 8 people, well-equipped and perfect view of the forest and the seaside. Quite a pity didn’t get a chance to have a barbecue because of the weather, which gonna be nice. (Since limited restaurants nearby at night, better bring some food. Heard that only a few restaurants offer nice food there.) I didn’t expect the next day the staff offered to drive me to the sakura festival free, completely becoming my personal guide. Such a great chat on the car and the staff also drived me to the station. The staff even send me message telling me to contact them whenever I got trouble in Japan. That warm feeling is a true gift when we traveling abroad.

The cottage was really nice and had enough space for 4 people. It had a distinct wooden smell like a sauna, which we really liked. Also, it has a small bathtub inside. Really close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place with an amazing view. The rooms were lovely, well-equipped, and just a 10-minute walk from the beach. We loved everything about our stay here! The hosts are extremely nice and very helpful with recommendations etc. It was so easy for us to communicate as foreigners too as they're fluent in English as well! They accommodated our late arrival, free parking and us not eating meat and prepared a giant delicious feast for dinner the next day. The building also has 3 private Onsens, which were really comfortable. Honestly, peak Ryokan experience, we're so glad we stayed here, cannot recommend this place enough!

Wonderful traditional Japanese house with plenty of space. The location surrounded by tropical plants is marvelous. And you’ll not easily find a terrace like this one. Definitely a recommendation.

    This place is amazing! We stayed in the treehouse villa and it was so lovely! We loved the design of the villas and the stay was very comfortable. Jun, the host, is very kind and will make your stay even better. He took us to the place where you can see the fireflies. It was like a dream. He also provided us with the best tips for the area, as well as for the rest of our roadtrip through Japan. I highly recommend this place. We are 4 weeks in Japan, and this was by far the best and most special place. We hope to come back in the future!

    It was a great stay. It is a single house. You can enjoy whole property. We had BBQ. Property is in deep mountain better to do enough shopping before hand. Beach is in walking distance. A quiet village will calm you down. It feels to enjoy the relax time.

    The villa was beautiful and it was amazing to be able to see the sea from the bed. The owner was very friendly, spoke good English, had great tips for food and places to go and things to do. He even gave us a lift to the station on our last day which was ideal! Being able to use the bikes was perfect for us as we had no car and buses don't go so often. It was an idyllic place and a very relaxed base to explore this beautiful part of Japan.
