Location was a short walk to two different subway lines (and a longer walk directly to Shinjuku station). The staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with (they took care of luggage forwarding for me, and it worked perfectly to go to Osaka). The size of the room and the in-room laundry were huge reasons for my booking there. Liked that it was off a main strip but on a quiet street.

Had heard specifically about this place from a number of different sources, including the Abroad in Japan YouTube channel. Honest review: great across the board. Location is insane. You're equidistant between Senso-ji and Kaminarimon Gate. Couldn't ask for more. Not only were the proprietors incredibly accommodating, but their kaiseki breakfasts were amazing. Just don't be late - they were kind enough to call my room with ten minutes to spare on my last day. Learn some rudimentary Japanese and they will show their appreciation with a genuineness I didn't find anywhere else in Tokyo. The rooms are only a touch out of step with time, with some of the furnishings noticeably showing their age - not in an unkempt way or anything, just a bit outdated. WiFi was perfectly serviceable, though. If you end up staying in a Japanese-style room, be mindful of how hard the floor will be under the futon, even with the tatami. Night one was a tad uncomfortable, but I was used to it by night two. Biggest win by far was the onsen. Whilst it probably isn't a true spring, it definitely does the job. Helpfully, since the entire place is small, you'll have a good chance of having an entire bath to yourself. The left-hand one was undergoing repairs whilat I was there, but the right-hand one was nevertheless excellent.

Fantastic location, quiet but close to Yamanote line for easy transport around Tokyo. Many great restaurants and bars in the area. Clean, spacious room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Free coffee in lobby was appreciated! I would definitely return if I happen to be in Tokyo again.

The room was perfect for a family of four as it had sufficient bed space, toilet, and cleaning space, which included a washing machine. There was also a small kitchenet! However, what made the experience exceptional was the kind and friendly staff. They were so helpful in all aspects! I would come back here again purely because the staff left such a great impression on me! A sincere thank you to all the staff members again for your kindness and helpfulness.

Rented a 2 person’s room from 2/8-2/14 Host: Very friendly person, also very helpful if you have any questions about Japan. Airport pick-up/drop-off: available and worth it! After a long flight, the last thing I wanted to do was to commute into the city-his luxury minivan was very comfortable. Also when catching an early flight out, this can let me catch a 45 mins nap before my flight. Location: located less than a km from the Okubo train station, this location can let you have a restful night but not live too far outside any metropolitan area. Space: first impression was very clean, has a mini kitchen area, separated bathroom and toilet. A comfortable twin bed. QOverall: if I ever were to visit Tokyo, I’d definitely rent from them again.
