I cannot stress enough how extremely attentive, friendly and accommodating the host is! He offered us welcome drinks and a wide choice of shampoo and conditioner, as well as extras and provided recommendations on what to visit. The accommodation is new, clean and well-designed, with attention to detail. The location is slightly remote, but prefect if you are traveling by car and want a quiet tranquil ambiente.

Absolutely gorgeous lake view from the hotel room! The breakfast, afternoon tea and early dinner offering was exceptional as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend it for the price and the location because my stay at Rakuyu was just exceptional.

staff was amazing, they truly give you the feeling of a VIP. from the pickup at the bus station, including a nice check-in process in the room. The breakfast was delicious with beautiful view on mount fuji! the onsen in the room was perfect and it was an amazing experience overall to stay in this hotel. would definitely come back and recommend this place.
