The situation was perfect overlooking the river. Quiet. The staff member, Eunice, was a great help. He was not only an assistant in the hotel but took me through the Medina to a pharmacy on May Day which is very hard to do. An excellent guide also. Anything you want, he can arrange it. Excellent!

Beautiful garden with swimming pool, palm trees and dogs named Kiba and Pirat. Hosts were very kind. Food was excelent.

The host/manager, Rashida, went above and beyond for me. I encountered some problems when I arrived, and she was proactive in summoning help, and supported me throughout my stay and with dealing with authorities. I couldn't have asked for more from a host. She took really good care of me and also went into town with me and helped me to buy a sim card for my phone. After leaving the riad, Rashida also contacted me to check that I had arrived safely at my next destination. Thank you again to Rashida for all her help and support. It was hugely appreciated in very difficult circumstances. Aside from this, breakfast was superb, and the accommodation is amazing. Excellent value for money. I was able to leave my bags in the riad and collected them later too. Rashida has been the manager at the riad for around 10 years, so is very experienced, and very well known in the area. Azemmour is a dream for any street mural fans and an annual street art festival is held in the town. You can also do day trips to surrounding places such as El Jadida, which has a beautiful small medina and good restaurants.

The most amazing breakfast we had by far! With a stunning view. It left absolutely no wishes open. We had the room just below the rooftop with ocean view. It was spacious, clean and super beautiful decorated. We especially also enjoyed the rooftop, its view ist fantastic, never before we could watch seagulls and other birds so close, and its sheltered, so wind and weather aren’t keeping you from enjoying the beautiful view from up there. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay to the most.

We had a great stay over New Year's. This is a lovely, beautifully restored riad in the heart of the old city. Fabienne was away for a few days, but we were looked after so well by Siham, her staff.

Everything, but totally everything was just perfect. Really nice Appartement. Confi beds, nice rooftop, parked our rental car in front of the house, little convenience store just around the corner. super friendly owner. We just liked everything and can highly recommend it! 10/10!!!
