Absolutely gorgeous villa with the most beautiful view in the lovely town of Perast. The room was incredibly beautiful and had everything we needed. Ana also put a bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift. We were sitting in our super comfy dressing robes and sipping wine, looking at the most amazing views of Kotor bay. It was dreamy!!! 10/10, would stay agai.

The host Jovo was super friendly, as well as the rest of the family that runs the villa. They were so hospitable and nice, I assimilated into Perast, got the real feeling of living there. You wish to stay there forever. I would recommend Bella Vista Zimukić to everyone! Jovo is really full of knowledge and he will tell you all you need to know about the area. The view from the room was amazing, and the villa itself has breathtaking view! I felt like being in a movie "A Room with a view". I really hope to come back.

This is just an amazing place, as the window in the whole room offers an incredible view of the Bay of Kotor and the famous island "Madonna on the Reef" house with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, enjoy the views and relax on a sun lounger. Very friendly hostess and I am sure that the next guests here will definitely like it. I'm glad I chose this place. Thank you so much for this wonderful place!

The apartment was lovely, very nice, clean, amazing view in the bedroom, comfortable and has absolutely everything you need. There is also a terrace where you can have breakfast outside and enjoy your coffee. The owner and his family are truly amazing people, very welcoming, they helped us with everything, made sure we had what we needed and were always there for our questions. We hope to come back soon!

David was very friendly. This was a last minute booking on our road trip in a beautiful town. We met David, he was very friendly and booking and paying for the room at the location was easy. It was a great location. Some places have many stairs but that was not the case here, so that was very convenient. No driving/parking in the middle of town, and this was close to the designated parking. Good restaurants and beautiful water near by.

The property had everything we needed to enjoy our time - comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials. It was also very good value for money, especially considering the location just a short walk from the sea.     Beautiful accommodation overlooking the stunning bay of Kotor. Our apartment was spacious, very well appointed and clean. Anna the owner was lovely and helpful and was there all the time and easily contactable. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature and also looked over the bay. Perast is a beautiful village.

    An excellent location - free parking above the apartment just off the main road and an easy walk down a few stairs to the apartment. The hosts live downstairs and are exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The view from the apartment balcony is incredible - the best. There are quite a lot of steps down to the town, but we found them relatively easy. Perast is a delightful, charming village and is the best place to stay to be out of busy Kotor (which is easily accessible via local Blue Line bus). Beautiful eateries along the waterfront too.

    Beautiful room, wonderful garden with several romantic places to take a meal or drink. Staff ist polite and helpful. Amazing view over the fjord. The village of Perast is also recommend: very picturesque but less crowded than Kotor.

    The views were stunning and the room was spotless. Nothing was too much trouble and Ana was very helpful and responsive. There were lots of steps up to the car park and in the other direction down to the village but we quite liked the exercise. The pool wasn’t full as it must have been too early in the season so we’d like to come back during the summer. The Kotor bay is absolutely beautiful!
