The hosts live downstairs and are exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The view from the apartment balcony is incredible - the best. There are quite a lot of steps down to the town, but we found them relatively easy. Perast is a delightful, charming village and is the best place to stay to be out of busy Kotor (which is easily accessible via local Blue Line bus).
