When we arrived we immediately got ice cold lemon water since it was an extremely hot day, which was fantastic! We felt completely at home! The family was so lovely and really took amazing care of us. The room was simple and clean with a mosquito net! We also booked a tour (half day jeep, half day walking) through them which was amazing and very well priced! The food is great as well, try the banana pancakes!

We were sick during our stay in the hotel and the hosting family (particularly Prakash) took care for us. They offered us all assistance and were really caring and accommodating. Prakash always replied quickly via booking.com and organized everything for us. Also the fact that nearly daily a Rhino was passing by the hotel was a huge plus.

Rhino Land has good soft mattresses and hot shower with high pressure. They were not pushy about taking off extra services and tours. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

Sujan is an extremely good host who was always available if we had any questions or problems. He also provided a lift to and from the bus station. The rest of the staff were very friendly and made us all feel welcome. The location was also really close to the Chitwan National Park.

The location is simply fantastic, 5min walk to the river, in the main street. The room was perfect, anti-mosquito net, enough space for 3 people (it was only me in the room), good bathroom (hot water), fan installed, good light. Personal were so attentive, kind and respectful. You feel they don’t want to help because of your money, but because they are nice people. Kitchen was good and prices really good.

Nice family hotel, owner very warm and helpful, help me book the national park tour and bus to my next destination. The safari from the hotel is highly recommend as they have highly skilled and knowledgeable guide. I prefer and recommend to everyone to book the safari directly here as it's very easy and safe and also have a memorable experiences. Room clean comfortable, I have a very good sleep for 2 nights stay. Food in the hotel is so tasty and delicious I recommend to eat here to stay safe food eating during your stay in Chitwan. They do not offer elephant safari this is also good and honest thing of this hotel. Do not worry for organizing the safari in advance once you arrive there is a handsome and helpful guy name Suraj the main person of the hotel who is very energetic and kind he will assist you to give you all the safari plan of your choice with no pressure. They always tell you what you makes happy makes them happy too. They believe on your happiness is our happiness so I can surely say staying at Hotel National Park Sauraha will be the best park to the people who are looking for a quite, calm, family environment.
