Perfect stay - the place is very beautiful and authentic. The location is right in the middle of old town, making it super easy to explore beautiful Nizwa. The hotel is very comfortable and has all you need. But most importantly the staff are so welcoming and helpful. I had problem with arriving very late, but Ammar was always in contact and let me in. He and all of the other people were super helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend.

the staff: the Iranian receptionist was very friendly, talkative and gave lots of useful tips the rooms were comfy, spacious the kitched was fully equipped for making breakfast (or even full meals) the cat that the kids loved

Very kind and accommodating host — always helpful and attentive. The accommodation has a lovely atmosphere, and the room is equipped with everything you might need. It's centrally located, so many places can easily be reached on foot. Good to know: payment is in cash, and the streets leading to the property are narrow, but manageable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we spontaneously extended for an extra night. We can definitely recommend this place!
