Beautiful and comfortable accomodation and food was perfect. They were really friendy and helpfull. They also set a fire to watch stars in the night and drove us for dune bashing and sunset watching. Perfect experience.

This was a once in a lifetime experience. We absolutely loved our time in the Omani desert. The fact that they rent an open air space for just one family/couple is really special and since it's close to their home, it still feels really safe. An absolute recommendation! Food is absolutely amazing as well. Go see the desert with Badder!

An amazing desert experience. There was one member of staff who slept overnight, who cooked a great dinner and breakfast for us in a Bedouin tent. The following day we had a Bedouin guide who took us further into the desert. He managed to find a variety of reptiles and mammals by following tracks and digging in the sand. We saw a lot more than we expected to and was very interesting to talk to somebody who actually lives in the desert.

If you’re considering camping in the desert, this is the place to do it!! So incredibly clean, the outdoor cinama is absolutely amazing and shows one movie for the kids and one for adults, with popcorn! I just wish they would delay the movies with 1 hour, it starts to early and at the same time as the dinner so you only get to see half of the movie after dinner. The staff is super helpful. Nice camp in desert. Drove from Al Maha Al Wasil fuel station. Before we let reduce the tyre pressure for 1 OMR, by return they did the oppoosite and you can wash your car for 1.50-2 OMR. We enjoyed the stay, you can walk around the camp, watching sunset/rise or just sitting on the terrace and looking aroung. We were free upgraded and got very nice bungalow in the corner with the view on dune hills and in the morning we could look for the sunrise. The sun appears approx one hour after the official sunrise, do not get too early like we did :-)

It's a perfect place for someone like me who loves nature but equally loves comfort and is not ready to sleep in a real tent in the desert. The resort is not far from the town, which is great if you need a doctor, for example. If you don't have a 4-wheeler, you can pay for a pick up to be arranged from the nearest petrol station to the resort. We enjoyed our stay because the staff were outstanding, very polite and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. The place is beautiful and quiet at night, so we appreciated the getaway from Muscat. The villa was clean and cozy, but some tiny things (lamp shade, showerhead) needed replacement.

    Our stay was amazing, very well built and maintained camp, like a holiday village. Food was amazing, they arrange many activities in the dunes. For us the best one is stargazing. It was so nice and informative.

    Nice camp just outside the village, overlooking the valley. Easy to reach by 4x4. Tents with good beds and outside toilet and shower. Breakfast and dinner was good and the meat freshly prepared. Especialy the desert tour is a must. They take you further out in the desert with magnificent views, where you experience the magnitude of the place. Staff and owners are really nice and accomodating. Open fire after dinner and fire works and freshly baked cake on New Years eve.

    Very good dinner, a lot of choice and good food. This camp is the most remote from the village and it seems to be the most authentic one. Nice tents with bathroom. Transfer from the village to the camp can easily be arranged
