First things first, the apartment is in a great location. Just behind a shopping mall, with all kinds oh shops, restaurants and a supermarket and a walkaway from the city centre. It’s also overlooking Nisava river. Secondly, the apartment is spick and span, super comfy and very quiet, especially during night time. The hosts were welcoming and friendly,super responsive. Everything was great! The host man wanted to do his best for us. Very nice person. We come late in the evening it was not a problem for him. Everything was clean and comfortable in the room. We enjoyed our stay there and want to stay there next time again.

Big apartment, could sleep even 6. Very clean and convinient. Parking on site. Everything you need in the kitchen is available. Perfect location on the way between Serbia and Bulgaria. If you have time consider to visit Gostusa, an old stone build village 25 km from Pirot, the road to Gostusa is now completely paved, with nice viewpoints on the way.

Beautiful flat located on the 4th floor of a new building (with a lift). The place is closed by the city centre (less than 10 mn walk), in front of Lidl opened everyday from 7am to 10pm and near by a commercial area with many shops, but the place is quiet. Easy to park a car around the building. The apartment is also well furnished with brand new furniture : very comfortable bed, nice and functional kitchen and giant tv screen with many foreign channels. Wifi connection and washing machine are good. The owner and his father are very helpful and friendly, they are always here if you have any question. The cleaning of the flat is also included. I spent one month here for professional purpose, they can give you an invoice if you need it. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or a long stay, you cannot be deceived.

It’s an apartment on the second floor (separate from apartment below), two rooms, comfortable mattresses, functional kitchen, etc. Besides, the host (who lives on the first floor) is a total stud. Zero drama when we asked for certain things like an extra ventilator, bulb change and delivered as promised. He’s very kind and chill.
