A well thought out place where you feel at home the moment you walk through the door. This place is a real gem! It’s cozy on the inside and peaceful on the outside, and the private decking area over looks the fields and forest so it was the perfect place to unwind. It was only a short drive to Gothenburg as well so we got the best of both (being out in nature whilst being close enough to the city for day trips). Would definitely recommend!

Sofie en Erik are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The house was great, we felt completely at home, it is also very well equipped. The view from the cabin is magnificent. Though the place is located in the woods, you can visit many different areas from there.

I could not have asked for much more from my stay here. The hosts and their little family were fantastic, very welcoming and kind individuals. Prior to my arrival there was actually an issue with the water at property and they contacted me to say how sorry they were and that they would try to fix it - which they did in no time! Very accommodating people willing to help. Not to mention the confusing microwave which they helped me with, too! I was only staying here for one night but I wish I had stayed more because the location, the hosts, the lake nearby - it was all just too good. The outdoor shower was something new to me but since the months of using it I have actually found myself seeking out more outdoor showers and cold ones - it is great! There is a small stream that runs alongside the property which is attached to a garage on the land of the main house where the family lives. There are hills either side so you are closed in with the sound of a stream in a very tranquil little valley. Lastly, please go to the lake! It will be worth your while without a doubt. It takes 10 minutes to get there from the property and the sunset is something else!

Recently renovated and very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Nice house in a quite neighbourhood of older houses. Welcoming and nice host that was easy to communicate with. The washing machine had a dryer feature that was very handy after a extremely rainy day.

Lovely rooms, well equipped kitchen. Was very clean and as presented on booking.com. Owners were super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shops, high street and lake.
