We can highly recommend the Orchid Tree B&B. It has a great location, close to the city center and the airport. The rooms are tastefully decorated and cozy. The exceptionally friendly landlord is always available to provide helpful tips on dining and sightseeing. The garden is a well-maintained tropical paradise, and breakfast on the terrace is simply heavenly. Everything is wonderful and invites you to stay longer. Definitely worth a visit! The Kuttnig family.

There is nothing to look at from the outside but when you enter the apartment it is fantastic. Well laid out with large electric adjustable twin beds with and ensuite bathroom on the one side, your living area and kitchen in the middle, the second large king-size bedroom on the other with full bathroom..

the house was equipped with everything we needed - thank you for the nice welcome presents which we enjoyed. The house was very clean and the service +communication was fast, very friendly and excellent. We had the best time in Hilo and around. The house was perfect to spend time together during breakfast or enjoying the garden or cooking dinners in the evening - it almost felt like home

It was an excellent room. We had the king with private bathroom. Small problem getting the tv working but it was settled quickly. The staff was very helpful. Has a full kitchen and dining area that we did not know about that was a big plus. We would be happy to stay there again next time.

Felt just like home. Surrounded by luxuriant plants, the place was quiet, spacious, neat. Equipped with all type of comfort. I liked the mild lighting in the various corners of the house, night and day. The shared kitchen and living room was bright and beautifully furnished. Diana was the nicest host: gave clear instructions and tips on how to get around (having a car is fairly mandatory). Super recommended! Grazie!
