The owners, Beatrice and Mark, are absolutely amazing hosts, super responsive and always willing to help (if needed). They are living in the same building where the guest rooms are. The spacious room was very clean and cozy, the beach and a smaller supermarket are in walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying at Turtles Nest!

It features an on site restaurant a sun terrace, an extensive garden and a golf course is located at 1 mile from the resort. Free private parking and free WiFi is available. The property is like your own paradise! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is amazing and genuinely care about your comfort! Cocoplum Bistro which is on the property is fabulous! Give Rudi and Tonya a hello from Vickie and Stoney!! Loved them. On your taxi ride in, get them to stop at a local store to grab snacks and such, it will save you a trip… because you really don’t want to leave.

The property is non-smoking and is set 1.5 km from Jolly Hall Beach. I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Da Sugar House in Exuma, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the property felt like a home away from home, with its cozy charm and perfect location. The house itself is beautifully designed—tastefully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host, Steve. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from offering local tips on the best beaches to making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. His hospitality made us feel welcome and taken care of every step of the way. The location of Da Sugar House is perfect—peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to all the wonderful sights and activities Exuma has to offer. We especially loved spending time on the private porch, enjoying the breeze and the breathtaking scenery. If you're looking for a peaceful and memorable escape in Exuma, I can't recommend Da Sugar House and Steve enough!

Certain units in the apartment complex have private entrance and are equipped with wardrobe and outdoor furniture. Some of the units feature a cable flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. At the apartment complex, some units are allergy-free. Rowena picked us up at the airport and brought us to our cottage, where everything was way better than we expected. We opted for the sea view cottage, and it's adjacent to the Sandy Bottom Liquor Store (which they also run, so they're always available and close by). We had a private house with kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms, but the best part was the patio with furniture and an amazing view of the beach. We had the beach to ourselves the whole time. We opted to rent a car (pretty important on Exuma), and they had it already there for us with the keys inside. No paperwork, and cheaper than renting at the airport and more convenient. We had an excursion booked with Coastline Adventures and Rowena was proactive about calling them to make sure it was still on (forecast of wind was iffy) and when we needed to be there and all the details. When we checked out they brought us back to the airport. The cottage is very new and in excellent condition, well stocked, and the AC works well but isn't necessary with the windows open and the island breeze coming through. The kitchen had everything we needed to make basic meals, and there are restaurants nearby as well. I would 100% recommend this place and these hosts. It couldn't have been better.

Clean, newly refreshed/renovated and had all the necessities. The location is good as it is close to George Town as well as has a beach across the street and the turtle beach is just 1 km way. And as an extra bonus, it has the best family owned diner next door - you absolutely have to visit it :) also, quick response and great care provided to any questions or concerns raised by the owner. It was conveniently located near Georgetown and near public beaches on the island. The resort and villa that we stayed in were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and having the restaurant and bar on property was perfect.

This villa comes with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 3 bathrooms equipped with a bath. Towels and bed linen are featured in the villa. The property has an outdoor dining area. Valentino is awesome, he is the reason we came back to the Cays. The house was spacious. We loved using the snorkel gear, sunscreen and swim board. Loved having a washer and dryer.
