The location is just 10min outside of Nuquí but it feels like you are in a remote nature paradise. The beach in front of the cabañas is several kilometers long and you barely see any other people there. The cabaña was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable one in our trip through Colombia so far. The food is tasty, the fruits organic from their own garden and we absolutely loved the free coffee and water. The tours we took were amazing and we even went fishing with Hugo and caught so many fish. We can recommend staying at popochos and we will definitely come back. But what really was outstanding was Hugo and Neila and their family. They were so kind and went above and beyond to assure that we would have a good time. They even organized a surf board for us! We honestly didn’t want to leave and felt like we had made new friends.

Located in Capurganá in the Choco region, Mi Cabaña El Maderal has a garden. It is situated 400 metres from Capurganá Beach and features a lift. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. You were with family. Willie and his family were great to stay with! He had great insight on the area and things to do. Places to see. Breakfast was great in the mornings as we hung out on the balcony. Loved the hammock!! Wifi was great as long as the power was on. It’s in a rural quieter part of capurgana. You definitely get the authentic Colombian experience. We enjoyed are week stay:) I’m gonna miss it and look forward to a return visit:)

The accommodation provides a housekeeping service, private check-in and check-out and organising tours for guests. Gorgeous location and you were looked after the whole time. It felt like paradise and the staff were incredible and so accommodating. Highly recommend

This pet-friendly guest house also has free WiFi. Gorgeous cabins tucked into the countryside. We loved showering under the stars and the breakfast was so delicious. The staff were really friendly and helpful with our travel plans.

Amazing hostel at such a wonderful place directly at the beach. the staff is very friendly and helpful, makes good food and the hostel is simple but beautiful. if you're looking for a stay at a beautiful place with a good vibe, i highly recommend this hostel!

Staff was excellent and very accommodating and made sure we had plenty to do and see while we were there!

Ideal for couples or families looking to spent time reconnecting with nature. Amazing hotel in a perfect location on the beach in el Valle. Monica was super attentive to us from before we arrived, helping us organize tours and activities and providing suggestions. The room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the social areas/deck for relaxing in the afternoons. Good breakfast considering the lack of options for ingredients in El Valle. We really enjoyed our stay at El Morro!

The holiday home offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. I liked remote location, but walkable to El Valle. Elegance of the interior design, to see the ocean from any spot in the house, beautiful beach, landscaping, the kitchen, and Angelica who took care of us and it was a very good communication level. Also, very nice Rosa's restaurant in El Valle.
