It is located at the center of Fira, there is a market close by, the bus station is a 2-3 minutes walk away and the center is around 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this. The personel is very kind and ready to answer all of your questions. They give you coffee and tea every morning. Clean and comfortable. It is getting cleaned every day as well as the towel get changed. Before leaving after the check out, you can leave your bags at the reception.

The hotel is centrally located. It's located near all the best restaurants in town and close to charming souvenir shops. Plus, right next to the hotel, there are streets with breathtaking views. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, Highly recommend!

I’ve been in several hotels/apartments/hostels and i’ve never felt so cozy and pampered and spoiled like here! I’d definitely repeat if i come back!

But the best thing about it was the lovely receptions Ioanna who always had a smile on her face, warm lovely caring nature & greeted you with respect & made you feel like home. She also made time to have a chat with us, nothing was a problem for her always to help & offer recommendations to all the site’s & restaurants. She even helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs to our room . We loved our stay at Gianna Suites I would definitely recommend the hotel & I will definitely be staying here again !

Facilities include a TV and hairdryer. - Nice room for the price - Good location. restaurants and supermarket 2 min walk away, thira 15 min walk. bus station 2 mins away - staff was really helpful for a) letting me check in at 3:30am after my ferry arrived and b) explaining all the bus routes
