We also felt very safe walking around even in the evening. Fatima was a wonderful and kind host, she helped me find a couple of shops in the old town to do some.errands and showed us the market, she went out of her way bearing in mind it is Ramadan at the moment. If we come back to Mombasa we would stay here again for sure, it was such a good experience.

Apartment was tidy, internet working 24h, A/C in the room, and balcony with ocean view all contributed to our great and too short holiday.
