It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

It is a 7 min walk to a beautiful clean beach. 3 - 5 mins by tuk tuk to the city centre and various ayurveda centres, money exchange, pier88 (fantastic restaurant on the river). A tuk tuk to the city centre and back is approx 300 slr. You can stop by at keels for your groceries. Turtle hatcheries, water sports at some of the. Upmarket resorts, river safaries are all with a 10 min ride. You must stay at this property. So clean and set away in a nice quite area. The owners and their family were really nice. Owner drove us around in his tuk tuk free of charge. Breakfast were amazing. So much food.
