Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. when forecast was stormy he also provided a rain umbrella. Manager helped to arrange for me to join a boating trip (at budget price) and also later took several of us out on his small boat especially because I wanted to see some birds that would be on the sand bar area. He took pride in providing what I wanted. nice family feeling promotes friendliness among guests too. when I had a complaint, he went out of his way to make an adjustment for me.
