The location is perfect because it’s right next to Queen St, so you have everything nearby. The apartments are very comfortable and well-equipped. It’s quite peaceful, and there’s a pool and gym on the 8th floor. We had a very pleasant experience.

The accommodation catered for our needs and we were grateful to our hosts for the inclusion of a full continental breakfast, a rare service these days in the B & B industry. It was handy to do our washing and to hang it outside to dry.

Það er staðsett miðsvæðis í Auckland, skammt frá Viaduct-höfninni og SKYCITY Auckland-ráðstefnumiðstöðinni. The apartment was an excellent choice for visiting Auckland for a couple of days. Its' location on the wharf made it easy to get around on foot or ferry. The apartment itself was lovely, well equipped, spotlessly clean and gave an excellent view of the harbor. Our hostess Michelle was very accomodating with our check in and check out times which was much appreciated. Totally happy with out choice of accomodations to end out trip in New Zealand.

We were coming late at night and Crystal provided us with a whole basket of goodies so that we could make breakfast in the morning without the need to go to the grocery store. This was a very nice surprise and much appreciated. The apartment is small but neat and has everything one might need. Nice little backyard with lime trees. 40 min drive to Auckland downtown.

Nice having the outside heater, BBQ. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies. Comfy bed. Free guaranteed underground parking is a bonus. Location also great. Was all really good. I have stayed at the Viaduct often and this is best place I have stayed. Will stay again. Host was really helpful.
