Great value for very reasonable cost. The bungalow is up to date, spotless, well-screened with windows on three sides, with good, quiet A/C, a comfortable bed and lounger, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely lanai with dining table and chairs overlooking the garden. Harold is an exemplary host! We really enjoyed talking with him and hanging out with him for a morning on his boat. He knows Moorea as well as anyone, and can take you to all the good places. Also, the dog Reef took great care of us too. Just awesome. Harold set us up with bikes for our visit, which we used to get to the ATM and public beach a bit less than a mile away. The little store just a quick walk up the small road is a gem, where you can get pretty much everything you might need. Restaurants on Moorea are expensive so we appreciated being able to prepare meals chez nous.

Highly recommend this cosy guesthouse, felt like a home away from home. Everything was great, very clean and well equipped. Nice meeting and chatting to the other guests there. Very close to the whale departure meeting point.

This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Each room is fitted with a patio with pool views. Sarah was a lovely and very helpful host. We had a great time swimming in the pool, enjoying the views and eating the amazing breakfasts (with homemade jam!) on the balcony - it was a wonderful introduction to island life!

The guest house offers a children's playground and a 24-hour front desk. Our stay at Fare Tokoau was more than wonderful. The owners are very friendly. The cabins are big and practical, with a front porch overlooking the beautiful garden and ocean. We can highly recommend the Alex Lagoon Tour which leaves from Fare Tokoau and whereby you swim with turtles, sting rays, sharks, snorkel between the corals, look for dolphins, etc. (book ahead in high season!). We would definitely come back here.

We had three couples staying for several days so it was nice to each have our own space, but to spend time together on an ocean front porch.

Each accommodation at the 3-star guest house has sea views, and guests can enjoy access to free bikes and to a garden. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. We had the most fantastic stay here. Everything was perfect - the cozy and comfortable hut, the beautiful grounds, the wonderful hosts who couldn't do enough for you, the kayaks, the great snorkelling off the pier and the sunrises and sunsets drinking beer with other guests in the fare, or on the dock. We loved our time here and would highly recommend this little family owned resort to anyone.
