Everything was beyond our expectation. The house is really lovely, our host very helpful, I would give 11 out of 10 :-) and the surroundings and whole Andorra is just breathtaking. We were really sorry to leave :-)

Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

    Room very clean, especially important the carpet looked immaculate, felt comfortable walking barefoot. Big windows with view on both sides, properly equipped with curtains and 100% blinds Perfect temperature and covers, simple uncluttered decor. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location, across from the Canillo gondola and in the center of the village. Excellent ski room, heated boot and lockers, included in price. Friendly and helpful staff, Thank you all!!

    Staff very friendly. Some spoke very little of our language but with our amature spanish we were able to get by and they were very friendly. Perfect location for hiking (we went in summer) & plenty of bars / restaurants nearby. Cheap parking nearby for 3euro / day. Clean rooms.

    The location to gondola and parking is excellent. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is spacious clean and friendly and although there is no hot food, the choice for breakfast is excellent. The staff are welcoming and supportive. It's a lovely little budget hotel.
