I was quite sceptical since the place was a bit away from the centre of the city. But this is definitely something I'd recommend. 10/10 for the warmth of the staff and also for the facilities. The kitchen, the bath area, the hall, and the rooms were separated, and the pool was right at the centre between the areas. Special mention to Ms. Anita, for guiding us along the way and to the caregiver of the farm Jubail, who was very warm to all of us. Just make sure to keep your sunscreens on if you are going during summers. This place is a definite YES during the winters.

Awesome villa! Khalid and the staff were super kind, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. We had a one-night stay, and it was truly the most amazing experience — we wish we could have stayed longer! The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time with family or friends. The community was friendly and cozy, and we felt very safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is also perfect — close to Yas Mall, Yas Marina, theme parks, and other entertainment and recreational facilities on Yas Island, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring. We genuinely appreciated the extra care and hospitality shown by Khalid and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had an amazing 6 days staying here the view from the balcony is breathtaking!! Apartment is super clean modern and well equipped with the must ice cold air conditioning! All parks short travel away by taxi with water park and WB just across the road from property. Pool area has endless pool and was very quiet cannot rate this any higher we are coming back next year and will be staying here . Thanks again for a lovely apartment
