Great customer service by all Staff led by Max the Hotel Manager Room was spacious and Bed was very firm and comfortable. Breakfast made by Head Chef Rambo and team was cooked to a high standard. The hotel is stunning. Everyone is so warm and helpful. The decoration is modern and warm, very spacious and with many options. The breakfast is great. Our room had sea view, so much worth it. Many restaurant options. Abdul from the lobby was so kind always, as all the rest of the staff. I would stay at Hilton Palm Jumeirah again, without a doubt.
