Wonderful hotel! All brand new (renovated), clean, spacious, luxury. Great room with a superb bathroom/shower and a beautiful view to the ocean. Drinks available at low prices. Staff is very very very friendly! They made us feel like home from start to finish. You will definitely not find a better hotel in this part of Albania/Ksamil. Thanks Luciano and family!!!

Although our visit was just for one night, this newly opened hotel in Ksamil left a lasting impression. The rooms are incredibly cozy, with tasteful decor and well chosen furniture that gives a warm, inviting feel. Despite the short stay, the staff made a big impact - attentive, kind and ready to assist at every step to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. The breakfast was another standout- flavourful, generous and clearly prepared with care. A truly delightful place that we would happily return to for a longer stay.

This hotel is just the best in Albania for me ! Is one of the most professional with all accommodation and very beautiful design. The bed is so comfortable , the pillows. The balcony has a good view. But the best part is the hotel manager with his recommandations and advice. Ervin is the best. Not far from the beach the city and also 20 minutes to Saranda. In a quiet place to be honest stay here you’ll not regret

They are so incredibly hospitable. They washed our clothes and drove us to Sarande at 7am! They couldn’t possibly do anymore. The property is also very well located to the beach and good places to eat. We would highly recommend this place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was perfect, and the little snack bar downstairs was excellent– the food was delicious and the staff very friendly. We felt so welcome and we’re very satisfied with everything. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, super clean, great balcony with views and away from all the noise ... yet only a short walk to all of the action and transport. A good base to visit both Saranda and Butrint. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it. The people who run the apartments are absolutely lovely and son Jess speaks perfect English. Thank you so much.

My stay at Villa Nicolaos in Ksamil was wonderful! The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beautiful beaches and local attractions. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend Villa Nicolaos for anyone visiting Ksamil. It's the ideal place to stay!

I really liked the hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the night life and beaches (10-15min)but far enough to have a good sleep. The hotel is very clean and looks very new. Breakfast was fine and we could chose from many different things. The seaview was not that kind of real seaview but You could get a look at the sea... there was a super restaurant just opposite the hotel which was delicous and very cheap. The staff is ok not really talkative but ok. The swimming pool is nice and clean.
