This hotel is just the best in Albania for me ! Is one of the most professional with all accommodation and very beautiful design. The bed is so comfortable , the pillows. The balcony has a good view. But the best part is the hotel manager with his recommandations and advice. Ervin is the best. Not far from the beach the city and also 20 minutes to Saranda. In a quiet place to be honest stay here you’ll not regret

    The owners are what makes this place - they are very hospitable and will do what they can to make your stay as great as possible. The rooms are big and the spaces is very clean. The pool is perfect; clean and warm. The location is just a 5/10minute walk from the nearest beach which is actually at the quieter end of the bay so ideal when you want a sunbed but dont want to have to get there at 8am!!

    My stay at Villa Nicolaos in Ksamil was wonderful! The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beautiful beaches and local attractions. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend Villa Nicolaos for anyone visiting Ksamil. It's the ideal place to stay!

    We had a beautiful stay at lemon rooms Ksamil. The location is ideal, the rooms very clean and pretty. Mediterranean Breakfast was included and super tasty, just a 3 min walk from the Vila! The owners are extremely hospitable and make sure you know which restaurants or beaches are worth a visit! :)

    I really liked the hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the night life and beaches (10-15min)but far enough to have a good sleep. The hotel is very clean and looks very new. Breakfast was fine and we could chose from many different things. The seaview was not that kind of real seaview but You could get a look at the sea... there was a super restaurant just opposite the hotel which was delicous and very cheap. The staff is ok not really talkative but ok. The swimming pool is nice and clean.

    Villa Sarti is away from the main drag, very quiet with beautiful view over the lake. Just a short walk into town for all bars, restaurants, beaches and shops. For us it was a perfect location. It was very clean and the hosts could not have been more helpful. Ideal base for exploring the South of Albania. We will definitely be returning!

    The prices are affordable for a clean, very clean, and moreover beautiful accommodation. The location is perfect. The welcome was kind, and there was no pressure to pay upon arrival even if you didn't have the exact change. It was definitely the best accommodation of our 8-day trip in Albania, we can only recommend it.

    The best place to stay in Ksamil! Our room came with a kitchenette that was well equipped and a private bathroom. The beds were comfy and everything was spotless clean. We had a comfortable stay and had everything we needed. The location is ideal for public transport as well as access to all the beaches and top rated restaurants. What made our stay truly outstanding was the hospitality and generosity of the host. We felt welcomed and at home. Super friendly and accommodating! We will be back soon.
