I stayed at Hotel Jako for two nights and had a truly great experience. The facilities are excellent — there’s a rooftop pool and a jacuzzi downstairs, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the hotel staff, who were incredibly attentive and caring throughout my stay. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows. Thank you to Odise, the manager, for the warm welcome and constant smile and help . And a big thank you to Ida at the front desk for her kindness and professionalism — she really made a difference. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels, but I’ll keep a very positive memory of this trip thanks to the amazing people at Hotel Jako.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms, pool and jacuzzi with a view. I chose this as it’s a small hotel (approx. 20 rooms) and not too busy. A perfect relaxing getaway. We enjoyed relaxing at this hotel in all peace. The dinner (mostly seafood on the menu though) was lovely with the sunset and view of Sarande. The hotel wil send a Google Maps link with how to drive, as the suggested route isn’t the best. For an evening in Sarande a taxi was arranged for €15 / 1500 lek one-way. Which is cheaper than the regular taxis. We took the drivers phone number and send a whatsapp message for the pickup.

Absolutely everything. Beautiful hotel with large rooms, large comfortable beds, efficient air-con, hot water, exceptionally clean in a perfect location near restaurants, shops, beach. The BEST thing about the hotel is Mira, the most wonderful hostess. So welcoming, friendly, forever smiling and always helpful. Thankyou for the best stay - we will be back!!

    Our stay at this new, spotless, and beautifully decorated apartment was fantastic. It's very close from the beach, making it the ideal location for a relaxing getaway. The host was amazing—extremely accommodating and always available when we needed anything, including extra sheets. When we had an emergency, he was quick to assist, making us feel completely at ease. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great beach vacation!

    The location was ideal and the apartment was very clean. Very comfortable bed and very nice dining area. The apartment was in the main street so it was very easy to find it. Our host sent us a message 24 hours before arriving there with all the details. We had rented a car also so we were worried in the beginning for the parking, but the parking in Shano's apartment was private and closed with a big gate so we were calm about the car at least.

    Absolutely loved this apartment! It truly feels like home. Very clean and spacious! The highlight is the big balcony, offering a perfect spot to unwind with the relaxing sea breeze, all while enjoying a quiet atmosphere. The view is incredible, with a full panorama of Saranda’s city and a sneak peek of the sea. The location is amazing, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful and scenic stay. Highly recommend!

    It was the cheapest option in Saranda but also very convenient one. The location of the hostel is very good. The bed was comfortable and it was very clean. The owner of a hostel is very friendly, funny and helpful. I dont think there is any better option in saranda if u want to travel a lot and not to spend too many time in the hostel. 100% recommend.

    This is a great hotel in an ideal location. Deni’s and his Dad are available for anything you need. It’s in a quieter area than the promenade but only a short walk. The room is spotlessly clean, comfy bed and air conditioning at a great price. I highly recommend Deni’s, really amazing hospitality. Thank you for making me so welcome.

    The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The furniture were all new and the bed was very comfortable. The dining area was the specialty of this apartment, we loved it. And the kitchen had all kitchenette and cutleries we needed. The location was ideal with coffee shops, tavernas and markets just 30 m away, and very close to the beach side and to the boulevard too. Hosts were lovely and very welcoming people. I highly recommend this apartment for other guests.

    Kind and very welcoming staff, they gave us additional information about Saranda and about attractions we could visit. Very cheap, very clean, every day the room was clean. Comfortable large room with a comfortable bed ideal. The balcony is big with a great view. Excellent location very close to the sea with beautiful scenery just 10' from the center of Saranda, Delicious and quality breakfast. I will be happy to return.
