A magnificent hotel, uniquely and artistically designed. There's a museum and restaurant with lovingly collected objects, typically Albanian, historical, handicraft, etc. The staff is extremely friendly, and the chef is fantastic, preparing individual requests with Albanian traditions. This place and the people managing it are simply amazing. Northern European standards of facilities and services combined with Albania’s best hospitality and beautiful nature. Very reasonable prices too. We recommend visiting the area for hiking in autumn. We can’t wait to come back again!

I reserved a room for my parents. They were really pleased with their stay at vila Lazri as it is a very nice small hotel, modern and with all the main facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting not only the beach but also bars and restaurants in the area as it is just round the corner and reachable with few minutes. The staff is exceptional and it is run by a family who are very friendly and helpful. I have already booked for next year again.

Accommodation was simply excellent. The host family is extremely nice, was giving us a very good breakfast, typical Albanian with eggs and sausages, different fruits, tomato, tea, coffee, fruit, juice, simply everything ! The rooms are spicy, the beds are comfy.

We arrived late in the evening, but that wasn’t a problem for the hotel. We were warmly welcomed, given information about the hotel, and escorted to our room! The room was very clean, beautiful, and conveniently located (we used the elevator to the second floor all the time). Room cleaning was every other day, and each time we came back, it felt like we were stepping into a brand new room! We had delicious breakfasts! There was always a variety of food, and there was plenty of it. Most importantly, the food was fresh and of very high quality! Every day, there was one waiter at breakfast, a very pleasant young man, who always made sure everything was perfect for us. The hotel's cuisine is excellent overall. We had dinner at the restaurant several times and ate pizza almost every day! The food here deserves a 10+! The staff at this hotel is the best!!! I've never encountered such a great team where everyone is friendly, and their main goal is to make guests feel as comfortable as possible! Special thanks to Kleon!!! He’s an amazing guy who did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay! Any request or question we had was handled by Kleon 100%! We didn’t want to leave, and we will definitely come back!!! Albania is a wonderful country that is rapidly developing, and it's being shaped by amazing people like those we met at Nuevo Deluxe. Because of these people, we will definitely return to Albania and highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Nuevo Deluxe, and especially Kleon — you are the best! See you again soon!
