Pictures are accurate, conditions are good, the house is well equipped. The owner of the property is an amazing person. We had a very good time during our stay, we even got a guide for local attractions from the owner. The Gjipe Canyon is a must do, starting from Gjipe Beach. I really recommend this property, the price is fair for what it offers, if not even better.

Very nice and cool location. The tents are located in the shade of the trees so it is very nice. Quite during the night, perhaps just some snoring of the neighbors ;) The best thing - you have the beach for yourself in the morning before the first people arrive around 10AM.

Hotel beautifully located, super comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts. What I will never forget is the staff, friendly, smiling, good, helpful people. We would very much like to thank Sara, Miriana, Armando and the very friendly tall gentleman who helped us with parking and made the best coffee in the world !!!(sorry I can't remember the name - Guliene?). I had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront property! From the moment I arrived, I was swept away by the stunning views, relaxing atmosphere, and warm hospitality. The vibes here are truly something special. The on-site restaurant was a highlight of my trip. Every meal was exceptional – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Chef Irini is a true culinary artist, and each dish felt like it was made with both skill and heart. The cocktails were equally impressive, perfectly mixed and a joy to sip while watching the sunset. My personal favorites Esspresso Martini and Himarita. A special thank you to Spiro, our wonderful host, whose friendly energy and attention to detail made me feel right at home. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure every moment of my stay was perfect. If you’re looking for a place by the beach with incredible food, great drinks, and genuine hospitality, this is the spot. I can’t wait to come back!

This b&b is so special. We couldn’t have had a more relaxing and pleasant stay. The owners were so accommodating (staying up till past 2am for our check in) and providing fruit and offering sandwiches for our early check out. They even made a special effort to celebrate my friends birthday! It’s recently refurbished, in a great location - you’re a stones throw from all restaurants bars and the beach! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

The place was clean and quiet, and it had a large balcony offering a partial sea view and a great view of the house backyard. The hospitality was excellent throughout our stay. This little gem is just perfect to explore the region. it's a 5 min walk to the beach front or the restaurants so you can conveniently leave your car at the hotel. The staff made us feel very welcome and provided us with some tips for the area. The room was spotless clean and was really beautiful. We had a fridge, airco, great shower and good beds. I can really recommend this location.
