This place is run by the most friendly people I have encountered! I couldn't find a taxi to bring me to the airport on a local Armenian app, but the owner was still awake and ordered one for my on yandex at 3am (!). The rooms are on the second floor of their office / workshop where they restore carpets. You can admire all of the art books in the office when you check in. The room was very clean and comfy, thank you!

The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to anywhere in the city in almost half an hour. The hammam and pool are very good. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Great location, right in the city center. The breakfasts were excellent – the gentleman serving them was very kind and did a fantastic job. The breakfast restaurant was clean, beautiful, and truly pleasant. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and very comfortable – everything was just perfect. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely return. It’s a high-quality, classy hotel in Yerevan.

We really, really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. A new, cozy, modern hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including a robe and slippers. The balcony overlooking the river gave us many pleasant moments over morning coffee and evening tea. Special thanks go to the staff of this hotel, very friendly, intelligent, always smiling, which made our stay even more comfortable. The ideal solution of the hotel management was to provide a transfer to the city center. I would like to separately thank the staff on the day of check-in for the help they provided on the day of check-in. Thank you for your holiday.

    I really liked Woolway Studios! Everything matches the description, besides the very friendly hosts made my stay amazingly comfortable, I really appreciate that! Convenient location near the airport, can be reached in 9 minutes by taxi. I will definitely come here again!

    A quiet and cosy place. A large and spacious house, all 2nd floor is in guests disposal, there's a kitchen, tea and coffee. Room is clean, everything is new and modern. Rooms have a private bathroom, all of it is super clean and tidy. Hosts are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I like the location, it's very close to the airport, which is convenient if you come to Yerevan for several days. Also there's a traditional carpet workshop in a basement of the house, which is really interesting to see, it's fascinating!
