Very pleasant staff, they run also small bakery and grossary under hotel. the hotel is probably new or after fresh redecorating because everything looks good.we planned only one night on our trip to Tatev and Goris but with satisfaction we chose it for additional night on the way from Goris to Sevan.

The hotel was completely renovated, everything is brand new, modern and well designed. The room was very well equipped and comfortable. Private parking, charging for electric cars. Delicious breakfast. Games room with billiards, library with chess-backgammon, game consoles. Professional staff. We will come again.

Very clean and comfortable house. Has all the amenities both in the house and the kitchen, newly renovated. The sheets were clean which is very important. Overall had a very comfortable stay. The location is very good only 3 minutes away from the main street, there are shops nearby.

Very kind and friendly hosts. This was the cleanest and most comfortable property we stayed in Armenia. Very nice central location if you are travelling through Armenia, but also perfect for longer stays. We stayed here two times when travelling to Tatev and also on the way back.
