This is a great family accommodation where the owners love the local history and archeology that goes back 5 thousand years. They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.

Host was very kind. The sea is just in front of the house. When we asked for something (like a frying pan, or a laundry), our host kindly provided. Our host was very kind and offered to drive us around for free. I recommend this place 100%, would come again!

Everything! Very clean, new apartment, very comfortable bed and TV with Netflix and YouTube apps. What I liked the most though were the hosts - when we asked them about the train in Sevan, the host himself called the train station to find out. Really nice and really helped us.

Chkalovka Guest House is a place with beautiful garden, where You can spend some time. The owners are very friendly and hearty, they always asked if we need anything. Despite language barier we were able to communicate using google translator. Breakfast was delicious and large. Hosts asked us what we want to eat and prepared it on their own. We highly recommend this place to stay and hope that we will go there in the future :)
