We were given a better room than we'd booked; the larger double with an ensuite. The room was great, comfy beds and air con! We could park our car on the driveway. Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining room you can chill out in and cook meals. The host family are very friendly and live in the house next door so they're always on hand if you need something, but you also have plenty of space. It's just a 5 minute walk to the town centre and the church, but it's in a very quiet residential area. We loved the place so much we extended our stay by another night.

If you never been here, you know nothing about real breakfast! It slowly transforms to lunch, be ready for surprise haha! :) National music plays in the restaurant, complementing the atmosphere. This hotel is like a museum, full with nature and creative details together in harmony. Trees in bloom at night in the yard and different art objects around - it's a fairy tale! Clean and comfy room is not the only place you’ll spend time here. Don’t forget to look for art in the shop, handwork is great and prices are good. If you want to plunge headlong into the culture of Armenia, this is the place for you! Great people working here! Thanks a lot for your kind attitude and hospitality! I’d like to come back, and definitely recommend to everyone to stay here! Best regards!

“Excellent Apartment in a Perfect Location for Exploring Armenia’s Cultural Heritage” The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and tastefully furnished. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the warm, helpful hosts who were always ready to provide recommendations. The location is ideal for day trips in the area. A visit to the Cathedral of Etchmiadzin – the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic Church – is highly recommended. The site is deeply moving and rich in history. The nearby ruins of the Zvartnots Temple are another architectural gem worth exploring. Yerevan is easily accessible and offers a wide range of attractions, including the History Museum, the Cascade with its modern art and panoramic city views, and the Armenian Genocide Memorial at Tsitsernakaberd. The capital city blends vibrant culture with profound historical depth and genuine hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this accommodation – ideal for cultural travelers and anyone wishing to experience the authentic spirit of Armenia.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—everything was truly perfect. A hot breakfast was thoughtfully served as early as 3 a.m., which was a great convenience before our flight. The transfer service was smooth and punctual, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout my stay. The room was very well equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable experience. The only minor issues were the noise from the road when the windows were open, and the absence of a tall mirror, which would have been a nice addition. Overall, highly recommended—I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff! My mom had night arrival to the airport so I asked to meet her at the airport with a name on a paper. They met her and drop to the hotel, also they drove her back for her departure flight. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Amazing people. Thanks to Laparit ❤️

The apartment is newly reconstructed and clean, well located, close to Jerevan's airport. If you need to do the transfer to another flight and stay during a night (or more nights) in Jerevan, as we did, I can highly recommend. The owner is nice and polite, she can arrange a transfer from airport to the apartment for very good price. We traveled with our children and they received lots of gifts, sweets and fruit as well as home made limonade. If we travel to Jerevan we will defintly come back again. The owner came to the apartment to assure a trasfer for us back to the airport at 3.30 a.m. as we had following flight at 5.40! She slept only few hours to be sure we get well to the airport And on time! Amazing!
