His Owner VARDAN together with his wife are extremely nice, high cultivated and have a great knolledge about history, culure ,and can give you precious Help for a perfekt Tour. Breakfast was fabulous and you feel so wEllcomed as Tourist.Hard to leave this place.

Nina and her husband are very friendly. The room is very clean and bright. The common room is delightful, very condortable. There's a balcony for watching the sunset. The bathroom is very nice. The breakfast is also very good (ask for the honey, it's homegrown).

Very small room, but comfortable bed and okay for a short stay. Host family were very friendly and endearing, and offered a taxi service to Tatev monastery the next day (about 30km south).
