Incredibly beautiful and enchanting! The views of the snow-covered mountains 😍 all around are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is mesmerizing. The hosts were so kind and friendly I almost felt like I was visiting some of my relatives. The way they take care of the guests is incredible. The room was beautiful with the balcony with an excellent view. All in all, excellent choice.

Very polite and friendly host , we informed the host that we would be arriving late, and he literally left us the key on the appointment door and sent us a picture. Wonderful breakfast, clean, comfortable and modern apartment room specious enough for two adults and 3 children. Love Heiligenblut and highly recommend Pension Bergkristall.

Made to feel welcome from the start. I stayed for 2 nights as I wanted to ride over the Grossglockner pass without luggage on my motorcycle. It's a little expensive but worth every penny. I'm guessing it was the owners who i dealt with both were friendly and professional . As were the other staff. The room with a balcony was huge plenty of room and great views. Can't say enough how much I enjoyed it. Definitely recommend.. 5 stars from me..

This chalet felt like real luxury. It was modern but felt cosy and comfortable. The hosts had paid real attention to extra details, such as providing bath salts for the bath, a comfortable bed for our dog, access to the washing machine and sauna, and the kitchen appliances were of exceptional quality for a holiday apartment.

    Perfect location to stay if you’re planning to drive the High Alpine Road. Super friendly welcome from our hosts who couldn’t have been more helpful.
