- Excellent value for money (for Kitzbühel) - Location unbeatable: a few steps from the Hahnenkammbahn, train station, ski bus, ski rental upstairs and a few minutes to the center - The Schichtl family is extremely friendly and are immediately available if there is anything - The apartment is spacious, equipped with all amenities. - The beds were a bit soft, but we slept well on them. - The view of the parking lot, the railway line and the mountains is lively (if you leave the window open at night you will wake up in the morning, with the window closed it's no problem only a bit warmer).

Beautiful holiday home with amazing hosts! We had a fantastic vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable — everything we hoped for. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
