We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade. The room was very comfortable, the view to the mountains was beautiful from my room and balcony. Every morning I had rich and delicious breakfast. Heidi, the host, was very friendly and helpful. I loved to be there. I really recommend it for everyone.

We stayed on the ground floor of the last chalet, and our holiday was simply wonderful! The view from the bedroom was breathtaking, and we had our own private terrace where we could enjoy meals with the same amazing scenery. The chalet is perfect for a family with three kids: two bedrooms, two showers, two separate toilets, plus a spacious living and dining area. What more could you ask for? The hostess at reception was very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is excellent – just a 10-minute drive to Liechtensteinklamm or Gernberg. We also drove to Eisriesenwelt, which is only about 30 minutes away. We would love to come back here again – it was by far the most unforgettable accommodation of our summer holiday!
