Our experience at the hotel was truly excellent – everything was clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding, and we’d especially like to thank Nevi, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The host is a wonderful person. You feel at home from the fist minute after arrival. You can forget about any problems, logistics and other things. Just relax and have fun. Sauna Is great, rooms are super clean! breakfast is very good. Not a biggest choice you have ever seen (no vegetables at the time) but the things they serve are top quality. (You have to taste scrambled eggs with bacon - speck.). Room we had was not modern, but it was very comfortable.

We loved everything. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the view from the balcony was very beautiful, the owners of the place are nice and good people, the breakfast was very tasty. Next to the cable car to the ski resort and a short drive you can reach the beautiful lake Fiborg and Aqua Dom

A beautiful family guest house in the middle of Laengenfeld. Family atmosphere with friendliness to the guests. Plenty of places to eat nearby to cater to all tastes. The rooms were excellent and the area was very quiet. I recommend and would certainly stay again when in the area.

    Beautiful & very clean apartment with a big balcony with an amazing view of the mountains! The host is really friendly! Niederthai is a great location in the Ötztal: it’s a little dreamy village at 1500m high that is not crowded at all.
