The family members who run Edenhauserhof were all so friendly and hospitable, and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. It actually felt like we were guests of the family, rather than just staying in an apartment somewhere. The children also enjoyed seeing the farm animals and learning about dairy farming. The location is picture perfect, snuggled in between mountains and with a small lake nearby. The breakfast was great and the apartment itself was really clean.

As a family of five, we spent a lot of time selecting the places to stay on our holiday - this was one of the kids' favourites! The apartment was beautifully appointed and clean, and the views were incredible. A short bus trip from a stop just nearby gets you into Innsbruck in 15min. Supermarket 2min walk away and winter sports store downstairs.

It’s very cozy family hotel in beautiful quiet place. Very good breakfast, swimming pool is cool benefit. Playground for kids. Good restaurant here. And very and very soft pillows and blankets. Upon our arrival we were surprised by an upgrade of the room to an apartment. Check in was very easy. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and cosy and staff very friendly. It is is a quiet area and view is breathtaking. It felt like a home away from home. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Nice apartment in a great area, we loved being so close to all the hiking trails and the lovely atmosphere of Seefeld. Very spacious, comfortable, clean, and equipped including coffee.     The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, clean and comfy with a nice big balcony. The apartment resides on entire floor and is very quiet. It is well equipped (there is a washing machine, a dishwasher, tableware, cutlery, etc). A private covered parking is a nice bonus. The location is great, close to Innsbruck as well as to mountain's sites. There is also a bus stop 1 min walk from the house, so you could even explore the area by bus. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Check-in/checkout were easy and fast.

    Location with fantastic views of mountains and pastures. We stayed in Hayflower room with balconies all round. Hosts were extremely friendly and invited us to the farm and to see the animals. New, well equipped apartment. Clean, safe & secure area. Regular buses stop right outside the property, with 30 mins ride to Innsbruck Hbf.

    Everything: location is close to the city yet on the side and quiet, room is clean and had a balcony, hosts are very warm and welcoming. There was a shared kitchenette, which was awesome as we could play some boardgames with friends.

    Perfect location to stay couple of days, very close to Innsbruck in a quiet and nice place (at a farm). Private parking (covered), awesome view from the balcony, quiet environment, kind and hospitable host. The apartments is very big, with a large living room and bath room. Very clean, in perfect conditions... you feel better than at home.
