Excellent location, very quiet place and only 15 minutes by tram to the center. Absolutely clean and well maintained. A lot of space in the room and in the bathroom. Everything one might need is available. A kitchenette is also an advantage. A very good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff, speaking perfect English.

Apartment is brand new, it has all possible’s equipment you can imagine, absolutely everything. Tram station is right in front of the building. Hosts are extremely helpful and professional people, can’t even find superlatives to describe them. Best regards for them.

The apartment itself was extremely nice, immaculate and beautifully decorated. The host was friendly. They have all (literally all) kind of facilities, highly recommended for couples looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Graz! The parking opportunities are OK; there are free spots a few streets away if you don't find a place in front of the house.

I really had a wonderful time in beautiful Graz, the second largest educational city in Austria. In particular, the accommodation I stayed for two days was so quiet, clean, and a beautiful house with no inconvenience at all. Parking my rental car at home, and the tram stop to get to downtown is also a 5-minute walk away. For those who bring their cars, the numbers are written on the parking lot so that they can park their cars there. I highly recommend it.
